I have been in China for about 1 month. I find that it was 3 months since i created this blog. But it is few article in the blog.

I felt stressful these days. I find myself weak at everything. I knew that I had strick goal to me but can't make achievements at all. I must keep learning and studying English. I must have something to show my power.

It is my new life beginning. I can't forfeit myself. Just keep doing.I must keep silent and let me pure and simple. God bless me.

One day one diary.

When i looked back, i had astonished to find that i hadn't login nearly one month. In this month, i went to New Zealand from late night October7 and back on October18. Then few days later, I setted out to visit Melbourne and Canbarra from October21 to October30. I feel exhausted and have no interesting to go out again. Nothing left by now except eagering to come back China.

It is easy to quit, difficult to keep renewing diary on my blog. Feeling sorry, it seems like that i don't take the responsibility to foster the garden. I must do it each day.

I had registered the MBA test this year. I started to prepare, i had determined that i must concentrate myself in it, should not fail again. I must have patience and perseverance to do it and conquer the difficulty.

I am always interested in why Australian petrol price follows international benchmark, for it just import about 15% of the total petrol it consumes. Does this pricing hurt the domestic consumer's advantage? For even you live in the such a rich resource country as Australia, you pay the high price for oil product, is it fair?

The ACCC(Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) thinks the petrol is an international traded commodity. If the price in Australia were lower than international prices, domestic producers would have an incentive to export it overseas. which could lead to shortage in Australia.

But my question is, the refiners only have to pay the international price for about 15%, as the oil price soaring up,the margin what the refiners can get may higer than what can cover the soaring oil cost.

i can't figure out the question any more, let me think again.

Today, we have a very interesting lecture which was presented by Tina. Tina is a emcee in TV. She told us how to face the mdia and don't accept a interview very quickly. You made a decision after asking the journalist three questions. First question, What is the story you cover in?  The second one is Why you come to ask me? Who else do you interview?

She also gave us everyone one chance to have an interview with her then we could see them in TV. Seating staight, dressing simple and pure clothing, using colorful language to allure audience ect. are what she had said during watch our show. But the essential issue is 2 principles. one is being well prepared, the other is being brief and succinct(concise). Especially when person are talking, they didn't realize how much they had already talked. The audience always feel much more than you feel about yourself.

The other, i should mention is Tina's professional look and always being high spirits of her work. She said "you must maintain the professional look at all time and remove yourself when you are at work". I felt impressive at the words, i will keep it remaining in my brain. It is the word of wisdom at women's career who is easy to be influenced by the surroundings.

Last night, we went to the Chung Wah Cultural Center. It was a long way to our apartment. That is the building which sponsored by the local chinese overseas that could be used to popularize the chinese culture.

It was a grand dinner and cultural show to celebrate 56th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The theme of that night was "three happiness". To celebrate: the People's Republic's achievement over the last 56 years; The 600th year anniversary of Admiral Zheng He's peaceful voyages to the "western sea"; The 60th anniversary of the victory of the war against Facist aggression. To emphasize the meaning of the Zheng He's voyage is to prove that China is one of the most friendly nation in the world even when she is in the strong period. Yes, China has played the more and more important role in the economic growth in the world. Also, she will hold the intense wish of the peace of the world. China's growing will not threaten the world anyway. How ridiculous the people who hold the view.

That night, it was my first time to sing the national anthem in the foreign. Exclusive in the childhood, i haven't sing it so aloudly so long. The pride arises in the heart. That is also why i envied the athletes who stand for a country win the golden prize. They let the national anthem sound in the gymkana. How proud they are!

A policeman from Jinan Public Security Bureau gave us a shaking flute performance. He is handsome, speak the fluent English. The flute perfomance is fabulous. It changed my original opinion about the chinese policeman. It makes me proud of him. How excellent chinese we are.

I must learn form him. Don't stop the endeavour for english. English can open the door of the another world. I become more and more delightful to read the article in English. The abundant pith always can be found in the English works.

At last, we sang the australian traditional song" waltzing matilda" and "the same song" in Chinese. We spend a wonderful night here. I love you, China.

Today is my homeland's birthday. We will celebrate for her 56 anniversity together in the evening which is organized by the local consulate. The dinner we are looking forward. Hehe. I like the some songs which merged in 80s. And also felt the strong love of my country.

I found i have lots of weakness in my character. i must learn be more dependant to mine. Sometimes i felt very uncomfortable with others, even the most closed one, i can't do ,can't say anything i want to. I found only the parents with whom you would always feel happy.

Today we spent about one and half hours to get to the classroom. But the professor was very kind, he didn’t complain about this and say much sorry to us. Of course, we don’t want to be late anyway. But I think I will be unsatisfied with that situation. So I learnt something from this experience, that is, you must trust the people first cause most of them are of the self-management. Empathising the others is very important which can make you happy and other people as well.

This moment I should stop here, for I haven’t dinner yet that we group just return from the UWA club where we were having a social activity arranged by UWA and Woodside Energy. I spent quite a lot of time to talk with the people from the marketing analysis. We all focused on the price issue and how to meet the price for two parties both agree. It is good opportunity to learn something from others and improve my language.

Today the lecture is about the leadership and management in a global environment. Even though it is easy to say and talk but hard to do, I learn something. In my opinion, the first thing to a leader is the brave spirit which let you have the responsibility and consideration for the enterprise, the group and employees. Also the bravery leads you to make the ultimate decision, be a risk-taker. I think I am lack of this advantage. The reason is human nature, perverse as it is, tends to have a leisure life particularly the women. The conflict always exists that is – enjoying the life and achieving high performance. Of course, you can enjoy the happiness of success after your achieving the goal, but it is a hard work while you must sacrifice something. I just want to balance my life whatever the work and the life. That is my life philosophy. I like the music, literature and travel. I want to enrich my soul, cherish and appreciate the world, the nature, the people, the feeling and the emotion. Ok, talk something I learnt today.

See holistically, recognise and connect global market trends, technological innovation and business strategy to understand the company’s place in the global market. I think it is easy to identify the position the company is at the present. But the difficult issue is to be a visionary and vision builder as a leader. The ability to find the future needs that is the key to create the unique something for your company is very far between. The best way to predict the future is to create it.

The change is very quickly in these ages. We also must remember it is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the most responsive to the change.

What is most impressive to me, it is the word of the wisdom by Einstein that is, Imagination is more important than information. Yeah, Even though we can’t become the leader of the team or the company, but we are the leader of own life. Today, we are all sinking in the sea of information. But what important to me, it is to imagine at the base of some selected information. Including the learning of English, like what I do now also is an imagination- imagining you are Englishman.

The effective leadership is able to walk the talk with confidence, not just talking, you must do something what you said before to let the people trust you and your ability and competence.  The emotional intelligence certainly is essential to a leader-self-awareness, self-management, empathy, good communication skill and so on.

I found actually i had two days not writing anything. I totally forgot to that. It seems that it is not a easy way to keep doing one thing everyday.

On last Sunday, I spent a nervous day for playing. See the Royal Show during the day and play badminton in the evening. Then the result of that is, I felt pain with my muscle and leg. It let me hard to move. Even more unfortunately, on Monday, i had to walk home for about 1hours, nearly 4 kms. But fortunately, that day was a good day-sunny day. We wandered by the Swan River. Monday also is the public holiday for Australian that is Queen's formal birthday. People enjoy a leisure life and take a sun-bath. How fine the day was.

I haven't found any else place full of so much people than the Royal Show when i came to Australia. It is crowded by the people particular the children. It is like the rabbits in the warren but it is ok for a chinese who used to be noisy and crushed.

Today is the Saturday, i can have excuse to relax myself. I got up at about 1230 at noon. I just felt tired and had some funny dreams in the bed.

It is also a speical day for lots of australian, there is the final game between West Coast and Sydney Swan in AFL. The game is in high intensity. The Sydney gains 58points against 53points of West coast. Indeed just a six-points ball gap. So you can imagine how exciting the match is! The sydney get the champion!
